100 Words Series – My Waste Basket of Writing!

There are times when I have something to say but that is not enough to make it a hefty post. For this very reason, I started this page to say 100 words. These 100 words should be enough to the kindle the fire or to fuel the existing fire.

For me, this page is kind of waste basket. A ‘wanna be’ writer’s waste basket and serves the purpose of saying what should be said.

A Boeing 747-400 passenger jet can hold 416 passengers. This blog was viewed about 2,300 times in 2010. That’s about 6 full 747s.

In 2010, there were 22 new posts, not bad for the first year! There were 86 pictures uploaded, taking up a total of 4mb. That’s about 2 pictures per week.

Staying Away from Girls ;)

I am ready to bet on it. You could never find a boy on this planet who really hates girls. It is natural for all of us, the boys i mean, to like girls. Our hormones are just built that way. Wherever and whenever we see a girl, our eyes turn to them even if she is not that beautiful. But our instincts somehow get us to look at her.

Unique Sense of Curiosity of Pakistanis

Pakistanis are unique! I know you would agree with me. One of their uniqueness is their sense of curiosity. Curiosity is an inquisitive behavior. But too much of it is not good.

One of the most seen example is watching aeroplane or jet fighter flying over  our heads. Thats the type of curiosity i’m talking about. Let me quote couple of more examples.

Have you ever watched a news reporter reporting a news while standing in a mall, road or even on a crime scene? Yes, you got that right. Everybody around the camera tries to make into frame of your T.V screen.

One fine morning I found my internet connection not working properly. So, I accompanied my friend/hostel mate to the services center of the high speed internet provider. We were on a bike, quite a muscular bike I must say. Few minutes later we had to stop at a signal. Mean while on the far side of the road one driver just brushed the bike, the warden witnessed that and stopped both of them. Everyone who was part of the clogged traffic started watching it. Mean while my friend who was riding the bike starting commentating….

Welcome to the “I’m No Superman” Blog. Purpose of this blog is to do propagation of my thoughts as well as the better advocacy the way I think.

I have seen 90% people contradicting to my views, I won’t either say they are wrong or I. I would surely say I see things differently than many others. May be it’s ’cause I like to challenge norms.

Though I adopt change slowly but I’m not conservative, perhaps approaches to liberal in my views.

I hope you would like to go through my thoughts, all the criticism is welcomed on a simple condition i.e. criticize but listen too.
